Behind every project and every deal in premium real estate, there are people. And when your team operates across three locations — Phuket, Koh Samui, and Bangkok — staying connected is essential. Even more so is the opportunity to meet in person. That’s what made our first full team gathering in July 2025 so meaningful — almost everyone came together on Koh Phangan.

We hiked through tropical trails, snorkelled around the reefs, grilled fresh seafood right on the beach, and ended the evening with a fire show under the stars. But most importantly, we talked — about what unites us as a team and where we want to go next.
