Gardens of Eden is a large-scale mixed-use development between Layan and Bang Tao on Phuket’s west coast. The beach is within walking distance, while Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket, and Laguna Phuket are all just a short drive away.

The development spans more than 11 hectares, yet only 30% of the site is planned for construction. The remaining land is dedicated to landscaped gardens, swimming pools, and parkland.

Selected payment plans allow buyers to pay up to 50% of the purchase price over 1–3 years after completion, at 7% annual interest.
