AURORA is a private pool villa project near Kata Beach on Phuket’s southwestern coast. The project comprises just 8 residences, each designed to maximize the hillside setting while capturing panoramic views of the surrounding greenery and the Andaman Sea.

The villas feature a multi-level layout with a 6-meter-high ceiling in the living area, floor-to-ceiling glass throughout, and a large pool deck with an infinity swimming pool that appears to merge with the horizon.

There are two villa types: Type B and Type C.

• Type B: 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a total built-up area of 514 sq.m, a land plot of 479.09–595.90 sq.m, and parking space for 1 car.
• Type C1: 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, 1 maid’s room, a total built-up area of 885 sq.m, a land plot of 645.10–761.48 sq.m, and parking space for 2 cars.
• Type C2: 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, 2 maid’s rooms, 1 spa room, 1 private gym, a total built-up area of 1,218–1,229 sq.m, a land plot of 819.03–957.54 sq.m, and parking space for 2 cars.

All villas include built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and landscaping. An optional furniture package is available.

Facilities

AURORA comes with an exclusive clubhouse for homeowners. Its design is inspired by Kerry Hill's classic aesthetics.

Indoors is a multifunctional area where food and drinks are served, with spaces for social gatherings, relaxation, and work. Homeowners can choose to enjoy views of the sunset from the terrace or head to the rooftop and stargaze with drinks in hand.
