Wilawan Villas is a new development of stunning tropical luxury Balinese style villas at very reasonable prices.
It’s located in the northern part of Phuket in Nai Yang area (just 8 minutes away from the beach itself). The plot is surrounded by tropical greenery and distant hills.
Nai Yang is a nice, naturally beautiful neighborhood, still preserving the feel of the ‘Old Phuket’, however still allowing easy access to Bangtao’s more developed infrastructure, Phuket International Aiport and Phang Nga mainland province. It is also one of the areas poised to see some good capital appreciation in the medium-to-long term, driven by several large-scale developments in Phuket’s north. So, while it isn’t currently as developed as more popular beaches, it is definitely one to pay attention to.
